About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Global Trade Services (GTS) at Amazon is responsible for driving continuous improvements in product and technology management within a complex trade environment. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, standardizing communications, and improving operational efficiency across various tech solutions and processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of product management and technology to bridge gaps in visibility and transparency, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase visibility and transparency across Product and Tech.
• Develop and implement a holistic customer engagement framework to improve awareness and utilization of products.
• Deliver and drive an updated Operational Planning process document for GTS Tech Strategy, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Drive centralized Product/Tech documentation and plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate inputs across Product and Data teams for standardized communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork, analysis, recommendations, and reporting.
