About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Growth for Amazon Fresh is a pivotal role focused on delivering insights that drive business and operational planning. This position requires a strong analytical background to convert data into actionable insights, ensuring data quality and building scalable tools. The role involves collaboration across various teams to lead impactful projects aimed at enhancing the grocery experience for customers, ultimately influencing customer retention and acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions, including owning specific workstreams.
• Own the development and maintenance of new and existing solution artifacts which are focused on driving efficiency within the business via analysis, metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve the S&OP process, forecast accuracy and cost.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
