About the position

Wonder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance product experiences for customers, focusing on the growth of customer-facing touchpoints such as the app, website, and in-store ordering technology. This role is pivotal in defining the product roadmap, driving top-line growth, and improving key metrics through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define a long-term vision for the consumer product roadmap to drive growth and improve key metrics.
  • Own the feature development lifecycle from ideation to impact measurement.
  • Integrate user research, marketing trends, and customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize customer touchpoints for conversion and engagement.
  • Communicate product performance and impact to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management leading initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant experience building customer-facing products in eCommerce or multi-sided marketplaces.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, mParticle, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize demands.
