About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Growth Product at Wonder is responsible for creating exceptional product experiences for customers. This role involves overseeing all customer-facing touchpoints, including the app, website, and in-store ordering technology, to drive growth and enhance key performance metrics. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define a long-term vision for the product roadmap and ensure that features are developed effectively from ideation to impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define a long-term vision for the consumer product roadmap to drive top-line growth and improve key metrics.
• Own the feature development lifecycle from ideation to feature definition, prioritization, testing, and impact measurement.
• Integrate user research, marketing trends, and customer feedback to inform features and roadmap.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the app, website, and other customer touchpoints for conversion and engagement.
• Communicate product performance and impact to the business and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management leading initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience building customer-facing products in eCommerce or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, mParticle, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
