We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on customer acquisition to lead the enhancement of our patient booking experience. This hybrid role, based in our San Francisco, CA office, is crucial for optimizing our acquisition funnel and expanding our reach into new customer segments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing consumer-facing products and a deep understanding of funnel optimization techniques. This role will involve leading the strategy and execution of initiatives aimed at improving the patient booking experience across web and mobile platforms, analyzing current acquisition funnels, and implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates. The Senior Product Manager will drive product development targeting new customer segments, collaborating closely with marketing, analytics, design, and engineering teams to create seamless and effective acquisition strategies. Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and product improvements is essential, as is developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Regular presentations of project outcomes and strategic insights to company leadership will be a key responsibility, requiring strong customer and stakeholder empathy to channel various points of view effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of initiatives aimed at improving the patient booking experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Analyze current acquisition funnels and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates.
  • Drive product development that targets new customer segments, expanding our market reach.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, design, and engineering teams to create seamless and effective acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Regularly present project outcomes and strategic insights to company leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong customer and stakeholder empathy, acting as the voice of the customer and various internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in D2C healthcare or technology products focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Strong background in developing and optimizing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and push through challenges.
  • Expertise in using analytics (think Mixpanel) and user feedback to guide product decisions and improve user experience.
  • Experience partnering closely with design and other cross-functional teams to set design standards that are backed by solid product rationale.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Independent work style, capable of leading initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
