Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution for a portfolio of products
• Deliver on key strategic priorities and build a forward looking plan
• Build a fast moving culture in close partnership with Research, Design, Engineering, and Business leadership
• Collaborate with senior leaders across eBay's management team to align plans with partners in the core product and technology teams as well as within the teams across functions: marketing, operations, finance, and strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• Successful track record leading consumer facing products
• Experience leading highly matrixed product teams
• Strategic problem solver able to synthesize insights from multiple sources to identify key customer unmet needs
• Fluent in executive storytelling
• Well-versed in the trading cards and other collectible hobbies space and their relevant competitive landscapes
• Bias towards action and an iterative, test and learn approach to product management
