Senior Product Manager (Guest Messaging)

About the position

As a Senior Product Manager (Guest Messaging) at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience through innovative messaging solutions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for hotel-level guest messaging, utilizing channels such as chat, SMS, and WhatsApp. You will leverage your product management expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and drive competitive advantage in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the strategic roadmap for hotel-level guest messaging aligned with Hilton's vision.
• Collaborate with software engineering, experience design, operations, and analytics teams to lead product strategy.
• Define features, write requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical capacity.
• Utilize data and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
• Coordinate with third-party partners and cross-functional product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Define and refine success metrics in partnership with business leads and analytics.
• Maintain expertise in AI technology and automation capabilities.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Digital, Product Management, Hospitality, Technical Project Management or related field.
• Experience in feature and requirements development using the scrum agile process.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Product Management related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Product Management or Hospitality or Product related experience.
• Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Digital, Product Management, Hospitality, Technical Project Management or related field.
• One (1) year of experience in hospitality with an understanding of hotel operations.
• Experience working with third-party partners for customizations and managing priorities against a shared roadmap.
• Experience with messaging platforms, including chat, SMS, and WhatsApp.
