The position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the ability to engage with various stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. The successful candidate will be expected to lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring that all marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with the overall business goals of Alkermes. Alkermes has embraced a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. This role will require the Senior Product Manager to spend approximately 60% of their time in the office and 40% working from home, fostering a balance that supports both collaboration and individual productivity.
