About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Health Analytics at Oracle will lead the development of innovative health data products that leverage advanced analytics and AI to enhance health outcomes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric solutions, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that align with Oracle's vision and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Defining and driving the development of products that align with the company's vision and customer needs.
• Conducting market research and gathering customer feedback.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to create innovative and customer-centric solutions.
• Driving clarity on the Why and What through well-written PRDs and effectively prioritizing features.
• Managing the product development lifecycle and Go-To-Market strategy.
• Identifying risks and dependencies and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Representing Oracle Health Data Intelligence capabilities at events and conferences and engaging with customers.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Customer-centric approach and understanding of user needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Critical thinking and product roadmap development.
• Oracle CX experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with population health, value-based care, cloud-based healthcare solutions.
• Experience with building and shipping products on any Cloud platform like OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP.
