About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Healthcare at Qualtrics is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of healthcare-specific products and solutions. This role requires a blend of enterprise SaaS product management expertise and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing product engagement and usage while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop product requirements and identify key success metrics.
  • Collaborate with product team members and partners to define a product strategy and develop and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with that strategy.
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to increase product adoption.
  • Speak with customers globally to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Perform market landscape and competitor analysis.
  • Partner with user experience designers to create amazing experiences for users of the platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking.
  • Work with the engineering team and dependent teams to successfully launch high usage products.
  • Communicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Deep vertical expertise in healthcare (providers / payers)
  • Background in product management roles with healthcare-specific software firms or experience management roles within healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strategic vision and creative problem solving using data and qualitative insights
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally through influence
  • Ability to make meaningful headway in highly ambiguous environments
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
