As the Senior Product Manager on the marriott.com homepage team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experience for millions of customers worldwide. You will be responsible for creating detailed product documentation, analyzing performance data to extract insights, and guiding the daily activities of a cross-functional team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product. You will produce essential artifacts such as epics and user stories that support the execution of the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include combining data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to inform the prioritization of the product backlog. You will track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks and publish reports on product performance, trends, and risks/opportunities for both short and long-term strategies. Additionally, you will define A/B and/or multi-variate tests to validate new ideas and features, perform User Acceptance Testing per release requirements, and coordinate the backlog for defect resolution. You will help define new product features or optimizations of existing products and incorporate them into the roadmap, ensuring that the products and services deliver frictionless and innovative experiences. Your ability to create concise, compelling business cases will be crucial in gaining buy-in from managers and senior leaders.
