About the position
The Product Manager role within the Listing Marketing & Media Products team at Zillow focuses on developing and executing product strategies for consumer-facing premium listing experiences. This position is critical for driving the growth of innovative software solutions that enhance real estate transactions and improve user engagement on the top U.S. real estate website.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy for consumer-facing aspects of premium listing experiences.
- Synthesize customer and business needs to identify valuable solutions.
- Encourage data-driven storytelling to promote outstanding solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products.
- Lead products throughout their lifecycle, defining goals and success metrics.
- Coordinate planning, estimating effort, identifying dependencies, and anticipating issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in acquiring customer feedback and data to inform product decisions.
- Ability to write product briefs and problem statements using a user-centered design approach.
- Experience in developing a vision for features that solve significant customer problems.
- Proven track record of collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
