About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Marketing Analytics at Zynga will lead the product vision and strategy for the Analytics team, collaborating closely with marketing teams to enhance their technological capabilities. This role involves developing automation tools, data pipelines, and machine learning models to support marketing efforts, ensuring a data-driven approach to improve marketing operations and performance across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the product vision and strategy to improve marketing operations and performance.
  • Partner with marketing teams to understand user needs and establish success criteria with measurable objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to execute product deliverables.
  • Impact the end-to-end product lifecycle of features across multiple areas.
  • Evangelize products within global organizations including marketing teams and leadership.
  • Solve novel problems in the marketing data ecosystem.
  • Be an expert in marketing data strategies and technologies.
  • Implement best-in-class product development and management practices.
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
  • Develop the product roadmap and build alignment on prioritization.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success and health.
  • Act as the glue between Marketing and Analytics teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Business.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a product management role.
  • Prior experience working with Marketing teams or building marketing technology solutions.
  • Solid understanding of mobile marketing measurement and analytics.
  • Experience with scoping projects, collecting requirements, and creating product specifications.
  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Experience collaborating across global teams.
  • Metrics-driven decision-making experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
  • Track record of high performance and team/project leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with privacy considerations in marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with key vendors in the marketing technology space.
