About the position

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the newly formed Data Products & Insights Product Management Group within the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) function. This role is pivotal in managing, developing, and evolving our Marketing data products and insights. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing Product Management and other data product managers to drive the vision and strategy for the Marketing Data, Insights, & Analytics product group. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Data Product Management and is integral to empowering key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and People experiences through actionable insights, automation, self-service, and scalable data capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing deep domain expertise in Marketing needs and identifying high-impact opportunities. You will oversee the delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with engineering teams, acting as the 'CEO of product capability set.' Your responsibilities will include defining and publishing rolling 12-month roadmaps for the Marketing Data and Insights product group, ensuring alignment with company goals, and prioritizing the most impactful problems. You will also define OKRs, including measurement methodologies and targets, to ensure strategic partnership through regular interlocks and stakeholder management best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management, particularly in enterprise Marketing data products, insights, and analytics. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Your ability to manage planning, facilitation, dependency management, and risk analysis will be crucial in this role. A BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MS degree in a similar discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and strategy for the Marketing Data, Insights, & Analytics product group.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in Marketing needs and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Oversee and guide delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Partner with different Marketing teams to inform strategy and vision.
  • Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for the Marketing Data and Insights product group.
  • Define OKRs including measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter.
  • Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 8+ years of experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise Marketing data products, insights, and analytics.
  • 8+ years of Marketing domain experience, including systems such as Marketo and concepts like ROMI, ABM, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skills.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
