About the position

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Marketing Data Products & Insights team within the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) function. This role focuses on developing and managing marketing data products and insights, partnering with various marketing teams to drive strategy and execution. The position aims to empower key functions within Autodesk through actionable insights and scalable data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and strategy for the Marketing Data, Insights, & Analytics product group.
• Develop deep domain expertise in Marketing needs and insights into high impact opportunities.
• Oversee and guide delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Engineering and Product Management.
• Partner with different Marketing teams to inform strategy and vision.
• Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for the Marketing Data and Insights product group.
• Define OKRs including measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter.
• Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 8+ years of experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise Marketing data products.
• 8+ years of Marketing domain experience, including systems such as Marketo and concepts like ROMI and ABM.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skills.
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.

• MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
• Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees.
• Technical fluency in discussing architectural concepts and schedule tradeoffs.
• Ability to clarify vague requirements and drive them to execution.
