About the position

The Senior Product Manager for ML Ops at Relativity will lead the product roadmap and success of the company's ML Operations and AI Services functions. This role focuses on overseeing the AI platform infrastructure and tooling used by AI application and Data Science teams to design, develop, and operate AI solutions at scale, particularly in the realm of generative AI-powered innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development teams that build AI platform solutions for RelativityOne's AI feature set.
• Evangelize AI platform infrastructure and tooling to drive adoption of generative AI and LLM capabilities.
• Oversee AI service procurement with a strategic approach to ensure capacity planning and cost-effectiveness.
• Build user empathy and a deep understanding of user needs among the team and the broader business.
• Connect frequently with internal customers to validate solutions and gain insights into their needs.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, focusing on outcomes over features.
• Advocate for Relativity's AI Principles throughout internal decision-making.
• Partner with AI service providers to evaluate AI offerings and lead planning on procurement.
• Set, track, and report on key product metrics relevant to the domain.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software product management with 3+ years in AI specifically.
• Professional experience with ML Ops, AI tooling, generative AI, and LLMs.
• Very strong proficiency with data, including the ability to analyze and monitor product health.

Nice-to-haves

• History of working with OKRs or other outcome-based frameworks that prioritize outcomes over feature lists.
