About the position

The Senior Product Manager will lead the product roadmap and success of Relativity's ML Operations and AI Services functions, focusing on the development of AI platform solutions that enhance the company's e-discovery SaaS platform. This role involves overseeing AI service procurement, driving adoption of generative AI capabilities, and ensuring alignment with internal customer needs while advocating for Relativity's AI Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development teams to build AI platform solutions for RelativityOne's AI feature set.
• Evangelize AI platform infrastructure and tooling to drive adoption of generative AI and LLM capabilities.
• Oversee AI service procurement with a strategic approach to ensure capacity planning and cost-effectiveness.
• Build user empathy and a deep understanding of user needs among the team and broader business.
• Connect frequently with internal customers to validate solutions and gain insights into their needs.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, focusing on outcomes over features.
• Solicit feedback from internal SMEs and stakeholders to drive confidence in decision-making.
• Set, track, and report on key product metrics relevant to the domain.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure product meets scalability and performance standards.
• Break down large projects into iterative releases and create implementation plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software product management with 3+ years in AI.
• Substantive AI experience, especially in the AI model lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in using data to monitor product health and track success.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional experience with ML Ops, AI tooling, generative AI, and LLMs.
• History of working with OKRs or other outcome-based frameworks.
