About the position

As a Senior Product Manager for Mobile at Contentsquare, you will lead the charge in enhancing mobile app analytics, focusing on delivering exceptional mobile capture and analytics experiences. This role allows for flexibility in scope, whether emphasizing mobile data capture or customer-facing analytical insights, and is pivotal in driving innovation and understanding user needs in the mobile analytics space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand-new customer outcomes for the Mobile Analytics product line.
  • Identify and drive new analysis that mobile app customers are seeking, adding value to an underserved market.
  • Conduct continuous product discovery and research with customers, collaborating with Design to iteratively improve mockups based on feedback.
  • Leverage experimentation by breaking down projects into achievable milestones to iterate towards the best solution.
  • Collaborate with Design to create easy-to-use, self-service, and delightful customer experiences.
  • Prioritize development tradeoffs to focus on product outcomes that enhance adoption, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Communicate development strategy into actionable roadmap plans to the Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
  • Run go-to-market motions for new product offerings, working with product marketing to create compelling promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile, cross-functional product team.
  • Proven experience in developing B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers with a track record of customer-facing delivery.
  • A data-informed approach to product management and prioritization, using data for decision-making and quantifying potential impacts.
  • Experience with Product Analytics solutions (e.g., Heap, Amplitude, Pendo) and Digital Experience Analytics solutions (Session Replay, Heatmaps) is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering mobile application-related products and services is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration and communication across teams.
  • A mindset that prioritizes Minimum Viable Product principles, focusing on key customer outcomes to drive business impact.
  • A drive for continuous customer discovery and user research throughout the development lifecycle.
  • A keen eye for usability and aesthetics to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing product experiences.
  • Desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leveraging Product Analytics solutions (e.g., Heap, Amplitude, Pendo) and Digital Experience Analytics solutions (Session Replay, Heatmaps).
  • Experience in delivering mobile application-related products and services.
