About the position

The Mobile Product Manager will lead the design, development, and innovation of the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App, enhancing loyalty capabilities and experiences for millions of users. This role is crucial in advancing Marriott's mobile growth strategy and ensuring continuous improvement in app functionalities, focusing on member enrollment, onboarding, and security. The position requires collaboration with various teams to define and manage the mobile roadmap, aiming to make the app the ultimate travel companion for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product initiatives for the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App.
  • Develop innovative products and services that enhance the Bonvoy Loyalty feature ecosystem.
  • Define product feature epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business, design, and engineering teams.
  • Create compelling content and business cases to present concepts to senior management.
  • Integrate data analytics and user experience research to prioritize product initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product strategy.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) per release requirements and track product performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Digital Product Management experience with fluency in the Consumer Mobile/Digital landscape.
  • 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional agile teams, particularly in mobile products for Android and/or iOS.
  • 3+ years of experience with Jira dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience with security, privacy, and compliance initiatives on Mobile Apps.
  • 2+ years of experience in identity and access management (CIAM).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics for data-driven product measurement.
  • Experience in a scaled agile development environment (SAFe).
