About the position

The Senior Product Manager at ID.me will be responsible for enabling seamless, personalized, and secure customer integrations across various applications and member segments. This role focuses on managing member data accuracy, user profiles, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving product vision and strategy through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative mobile solutions that integrate ID.me's product and services.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics for ID.me's mobile application, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the product team, utilizing data analysis and metrics to guide product development and prioritize features.
• Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide product development.
• Engage with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer mobile application development, digital wallet solutions, identity verification, or related technologies in B2B2C contexts.
• Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing mobile applications, both iOS and Android, ideally in the fintech, identity verification, or security space.
• Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive product development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and product analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Passion for creating innovative, user-centric solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and integrate seamlessly with identity verification technologies.
