About the position

The Senior Product Manager of Product Strategy for Enterprise Consumer Products at Capital One is responsible for driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. This role focuses on developing and implementing product strategies that align with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and managing product performance. The position requires a blend of human-centered design, business acumen, and transformational leadership to influence stakeholders and ensure successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs.
• Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes.
• Define KPIs for the product and measure performance against those metrics.
• Collaborate with tech leadership to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on customer experience.
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product management.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile product management.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
