About the position

The Senior Product Manager, Oncology Marketing for Onivyde at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is a pivotal role within the Oncology Commercial Team, responsible for driving marketing initiatives that enhance customer conversion and expand the utilization of Onivyde. This position focuses on achieving revenue goals and ambitious brand growth through strategic brand planning, promotional campaign oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Tazverik marketing team in creating brand strategy and tactics aligned with growth opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute promotional materials and programs.
  • Identify innovative ways to engage key customers and differentiate Ipsen's offerings.
  • Ensure efficient spending of the brand marketing budget on assigned projects.
  • Work with global teams to drive marketing programs and seek input.
  • Track market performance and trends to influence business strategy and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Optimize presentations for internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of key messages.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience, with at least 3 years in US oncology marketing roles.
  • Successful oncology launch experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for interfacing with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors.
  • Knowledge of AMA, ACCME, PhRMA, and FDA regulations related to promotion and education activities.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and achieving results.
