  • Conduct user research to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and effectively communicate product roadmaps, aligning them across various stakeholders and ensuring successful execution.
  • Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, legal requirements, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovative patient solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in shipping products for internal stakeholders, consumers, or two-sided marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results by creating delightful product experiences in complex business areas.
  • Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, balancing customer experience, stakeholder needs, and business priorities.
  • Experience in launching products that require close coordination between the technology and customer-facing teams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and create a cooperative atmosphere.
  • Experience in healthcare or within a business or operations function is a plus.
