About the position

Eventbrite is seeking an experienced product manager with financial product expertise to lead the development of the payout and billing product that supports millions of creators globally. This role involves building a vision, setting product strategies, and executing against that vision within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The product manager will work closely with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and finance, to drive the product's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for the payout and billing product to support growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and finance.
• Lead the product management process from vision to execution.
• Define, identify, collect, and track product or business metrics to inform decision-making.
• Prioritize product ideas based on business realities and industry knowledge.
• Hire, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Communicate product vision and strategy clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Product management.
• Proven record of successfully launching and growing products in marketplace-oriented businesses.
• Understanding of the vendor landscape and experience with financially oriented workflows.
• Ability to operate at scale and lead global teams in a late-stage private or public company.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking product metrics.
• Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Sustained track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• FinTech experience within a consumer or marketplace tech company.
• Understanding of data analytics and SQL.
