Blueprint Medicines is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Rare Disease Marketing to play a pivotal role in transforming hope into reality for patients with Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis through the marketing of AYVAKIT. This position requires a commercial marketer with a strong background in pharmaceutical and multichannel marketing to enhance the awareness and reach of our product. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives aimed at patients and caregivers, utilizing various platforms to effectively communicate the brand's message. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the brand team and other cross-functional partners. The ability to adapt and prioritize in response to changing business needs is crucial. You will own the tactical implementation of consumer-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and customer relationship management (CRM). Your responsibilities will also include planning, executing, and optimizing a multi-channel CRM program, leveraging data and insights to enhance engagement and retention. Additionally, you will implement the Patient Ambassador Program strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall patient engagement and marketing goals. This includes developing program materials, training resources, and communication tools. You will drive effective collaboration with various departments, including marketing, sales, advocacy, corporate affairs, and compliance, to meet or exceed brand objectives while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of all marketing materials. Presenting performance metrics and critical business information to senior leadership will also be part of your role, along with managing agency partner relationships and related budgets.
