About the position

The Senior Product Manager at HappyFunCorp is responsible for leading product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment between technical and strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients at all levels. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast of the USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients at all levels from product ideation through launch.
• Analyze complex business situations to identify solutions that address business goals.
• Own and lead design, engineering, and QA resources to ensure execution of the strategic and technical vision on time and on budget.
• Establish healthy communication within the team and with clients to ensure alignment on project status, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Manage project budgets and resource forecasting to ensure availability of resources when needed.
• Oversee projects effectively, identifying risks and establishing effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Established experience managing cross-functional software development teams across numerous time zones.
• Strong technical understanding of product development and a track record of delivering large products and services.
• Ability to define and manage product roadmaps while balancing time and budget constraints with creative problem solving.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as JIRA, Notion, Figma, Google Docs, and Slides.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
