About the position

The Senior Product Manager, RSV Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies for RSV vaccines. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful disease and brand messaging, manage marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategic integrated marketing plans. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, ensuring high coverage rates within eligible patient populations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall development of 2024 offer and customer purchase program through collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Lead overall development of an implementation strategy and tactics resulting in high coverage rates within eligible patient populations
  • Development of HCP disease awareness and branded sales force materials
  • Support development of competitive defense strategies and tactics
  • Support other HCP related tactics
  • Manage POA and sales meeting execution for RSV Franchise content
  • Participate in market research and interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights
  • Contribute to the development of strategic integrated marketing plans
  • Measure impact of HCP tactics

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree is required
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience with a minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience in either vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience and experience working with field sales teams in a marketing role
  • Strong project management skills; demonstrated experience managing multiple cross functional projects and external vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve mutual objectives
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insight are fundamental

Nice-to-haves

  • RSV or pediatric experience preferred
  • Market Research experience is preferred
  • Sales experience is preferred
