About the position

The Senior Product Manager for the Seller Platform at StubHub will lead a new initiative aimed at enhancing the seller experience across web, API, and mobile platforms. This role is pivotal in fulfilling StubHub's mission to be the go-to destination for live events by directly impacting the product that millions of fans interact with daily. The position requires a strong focus on understanding user needs and delivering innovative features that improve the seller experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products, features, and/or tools.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and analysts to deliver against an ambitious roadmap that balances short-term optimization with long-term strategic investments.
• Formulate clear, data-driven business cases, write feature specifications, manage project execution and sequencing, and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
• Solve problems by analyzing data and implementing product-driven and automation solutions.
• Analyze metrics to inform the success of a product and develop action plans accordingly.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Adopt experimental methodology, mindset, and rigor to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building and shipping technology products at scale.
• Strong sense of ownership and a 'whatever it takes' attitude towards getting stuff done.
• Desire to be hands-on and build mockups from scratch, as well as write SQL to understand data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse non-technical audiences.
• Experience with any procedural programming language (e.g., SQL) or willingness to master one.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, or a close equivalent is preferred.
