We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our US TikTok Shopping Center User Growth Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the roadmap planning of the growth framework of TikTok Shopping Center, as well as the design and execution of growth strategies. You will leverage abundant data, your prior experience with the global TikTok Shop user growth team, and your understanding of the US market to drive user growth for TikTok Shop's Shopping Center Business, which is focused on e-commerce in the US. As a Senior Product Manager, you will design and execute growth strategies and features tailored to the unique characteristics of the US market. This includes launching experiments based on localized promotions and incentives, and gradually optimizing their ROI performance. You will also be responsible for incentive design, which includes creating coupons and direct product subsidies aimed at improving key metrics such as the number of new customers, conversion rates, repurchase rates, and average order value. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work cross-functionally with various teams including Operations, Feature PM, Data Science, and Algorithm teams to drive the growth of TikTok Shop. You will design the overall user conversion funnel and user lifecycle flow in collaboration with business and PM teams to amplify the impact of user incentives. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration between mid-platform teams by contributing insights to the user growth team and deploying the latest tools and best practices from HQ to the business.
