About the position

The Product Management Team at Super.com is seeking a team lead for the cross-functional Mission Aligned Team (MAT) focused on fintech engagement and retention. This role is critical for driving outcomes related to fintech activation, setup, habit, retention, and engagement metrics. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, designers, and data analysts to develop product strategies, execute sprints, and deliver impactful results. The position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Set and deliver on OKRs and the mission of the MAT, updating stakeholders on challenges, wins, and blockers.
  • Lead the cross-functional MAT team, ensuring performance and outcomes are met.
  • Own the product roadmap from end to end, ensuring output and impact are aligned with goals.
  • Create detailed documentation for products and experiments, including A/B tests and smoke tests, and analyze their impact.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping executives and team members informed and engaged.
  • Conduct deep analysis using tools like Amplitude and Hotjar to understand customer needs and product performance.
  • Take accountability for the customer experience, ensuring high-quality products meet customer needs.
  • Build customer empathy through research and engagement with the product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C product management with a focus on engagement/retention.
  • 3+ years of collaboration with design, engineering, and data teams.
  • Experience leading teams and demonstrating successful product launches from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with teams and executives.
  • Data-driven analytical thinking with the ability to support statements with facts.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
  • Background in financial products, particularly in consumer mobile fintech.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in data analytics or engineering.
  • Experience with earnings products (e.g., save to earn, play to earn).
  • Mastery of product management principles (e.g., Reforge, PMMC fit).
  • Experience with tools like Amplitude, Figma, Jira, Notion, Looker, and Google Suite.
  • Deep understanding of subscription and membership models.
  • Experience with user experience research and market research.
