About the position

The Senior Product Manager at Snowflake will be responsible for enhancing the Streamlit Developer Experience, focusing on creating features that developers love. This role involves driving the long-term strategy and roadmap for Streamlit, collaborating with various teams, and translating product strategies into actionable requirements. The position aims to address challenges faced by developers and transform them into exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Dream up and launch entirely new Streamlit features
  • Drive Streamlit's long-term strategy and roadmap with other PMs
  • Work on critical parts of Snowflake that support multiple high-profile features
  • Collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, and designers
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, design, documentation, marketing, customer support, sales, and UXR
  • Coordinate with marketing on go-to-market planning including pricing, packaging, positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement
  • Present in live events, participate in videos, and write blog posts
  • Meet frequently with leadership to present product vision
  • Collaborate with other Snowflake teams to enhance Streamlit's utility
  • Engage with Streamlit users through forums, GitHub, and social media
  • Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability studies, translating insights into product ideas.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering high quality user experiences
  • Experience with data science, machine learning, or numerical analysis in Python
  • Experience with software engineering
  • Ability to advocate and generate excitement for new ideas
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to handle uncertainty, complexity, and rapid change
  • Experience driving group discussions and navigating complex requirements
  • Experience working with different functions (Engineering, Marketing, Legal, etc.) and making difficult product decisions.
