About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Tech for Amazon Flex is responsible for enhancing the customer experience in package delivery by driving the strategy and execution of product features. This role focuses on innovating last mile delivery services, ensuring that Amazon meets its goal of delivering orders quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. The position involves collaboration with independent contractors, known as delivery partners, to optimize the delivery process and improve service levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap strategy and definition for Amazon Flex.
• Manage feature delivery and make tradeoffs for product enhancements.
• Contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
