About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Tech for Amazon Flex is responsible for enhancing the customer experience in package delivery by driving the strategy and execution of product features. This role focuses on innovating and improving last mile delivery operations through collaboration with independent contractors, known as delivery partners, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap strategy and definition for Amazon Flex.
• Manage feature delivery and make tradeoff decisions for product enhancements.
• Contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
