Ring is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager who thrives in a rapidly evolving industry and is driven to develop emerging products that delight customers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to conceive, design, and build innovative consumer products and services. The Senior Product Manager will shape the future of Ring's offerings by translating customer needs into exceptional product experiences and navigating the product lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise, driving the development of innovative and high-quality solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvement
  • Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities
  • Anticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
