About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Tech for Amazon WorkSpaces is responsible for defining product strategy and driving market research to innovate pricing models for Amazon's End User Computing services. This role requires a blend of product management, pricing expertise, and customer experience knowledge to enhance the value proposition of the product. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute product concepts and communicate effectively with AWS senior leadership and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for pricing of Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand customer needs and product/market fit.
• Execute on new product concepts to communicate the value of end user computing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive product definition and design.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 3+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products.
• Proven ability to take a product from conception to market.
• Experience building different pricing models.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of engineering practices for software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
• Experience with agile methodologies in software product delivery.
