As a product manager tech, you create the moderation experience for small and medium businesses (SMBs), a critical growth driver for Amazon advertising. Helping SMBs succeed with advertising on Amazon requires leadership across the end-to-end advertising experience, including products, technology, and policy. SMBs are key to Amazon's local advertising strategy. You own working back from the advertiser experience to define products and technical architecture to ensure customer success and revenue growth. You collaborate cross-functionally to launch ad products to expand SMB presence on Amazon while maintaining a high bar for ad quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive product thinking with a strong customer obsession and awareness of industry-wide trends, with the ability to identify the best direction for Amazon, our customers, and unique advertising offerings. Our mission is to define the right moderation capabilities to protect shopper trust while helping advertisers succeed on Amazon.
