About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Technical for Alexa Subscriptions Growth will lead the product strategy and execution for subscriber lifecycle and acquisition experiences. This role is pivotal in creating innovative AI customer experiences, enabling seamless subscription discovery and sign-up across various platforms. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams, including product, science, tech, design, and marketing, to enhance customer engagement and drive subscription growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the consumer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
• Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on customer learnings, team strategy and vision
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and software architecture
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Partner with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
