About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Technical for Amazon WorkSpaces is responsible for defining product strategy and driving the development of innovative solutions that enhance end-user computing experiences. This role requires a blend of product management expertise, technological knowledge, and a strong focus on customer experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product definition, design, and execution, ensuring alignment with the Amazon WorkSpaces roadmap while articulating their vision to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Conduct market and customer research to gain insights into customer needs.
• Drive the development of new product concepts and communicate their value effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product definition and execution.
• Build compelling business cases and manage high-growth enterprise products.
• Engage with AWS senior leadership and engineering teams to translate ideas into reality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Contributed to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA degree.
• Experience working with U.S. Federal and DoD agencies.
• Understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements like FedRAMP and ITAR.
• Ability to identify and prioritize key customer segments and use cases.
• Proven track record of successful partnership initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
