Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap strategy and definition for product knowledge.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, ensuring features meet customer needs and business goals.
• Contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
• Experience with feature delivery and understanding tradeoffs of a product.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Ability to contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
• MBA.
