As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Salesforce Success Central (SFSC) at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Salesforce deployments across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of a large technology product or suite of products, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization. Your role will involve defining a strategic vision for the next 3-5 years and driving teams to execute on that vision effectively. In this position, you will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement. You will develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that takes into account stakeholder demands, customer feedback, and business priorities. Engaging with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback will be crucial to ensure alignment with business objectives. A customer-centric approach is essential, as you will need to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into product development processes. You will also identify and proactively manage areas of business importance related to your products, including customer value, opportunity, endemic product architecture problems, builder resourcing, and other significant risks. Your ability to distinguish between one-way and two-way doors will be critical, as your high judgment will lead to smart risks and innovations. Collaboration with other leaders involved in design and development will be necessary, as you will influence their roadmap priorities and reach consensus on approaches and prioritization.
