As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Salesforce Success Central (SFSC) at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Salesforce deployments across the organization. You will also identify and proactively manage areas of business importance related to your products, including customer value, opportunity, endemic product architecture problems, and any significant risks. Your ability to distinguish between one-way and two-way doors will be critical, as your high judgment will lead to smart risks and innovations. Collaboration with other leaders involved in design and development will be necessary, as you will influence their roadmap priorities and reach consensus on approaches and prioritization.
