In this position, you will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement. You will develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that takes into account stakeholder demands, customer feedback, and business priorities. Engaging with key stakeholders will be crucial as you gather insights and feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives. A customer-centric approach is essential, as you will need to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into product development processes. You will also be tasked with identifying and proactively managing areas of business importance related to your products, such as customer value, opportunity, endemic product architecture problems, and builder resourcing.
