As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Salesforce Success Central (SFSC) at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Salesforce deployments across the organization. In this role, you will define a strategic vision for the next 3-5 years and lead teams to execute on that vision. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to develop and communicate a clear product roadmap will be essential, as you will need to consider stakeholder demands, customer feedback, and business priorities. Engaging with key stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with business objectives will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes. Identifying and proactively managing areas of business importance related to your products, such as customer value and endemic product architecture problems, will be key to your success. Your high judgment will enable you to distinguish between one-way and two-way doors, allowing you to take smart risks and drive innovations effectively.
