You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring that the products you manage deliver significant value to service owners and enhance their ability to operate Salesforce at scale. In this role, you will define a strategic vision for the next 3-5 years and lead teams to execute on that vision. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to develop and communicate a clear product roadmap will be essential, as you will need to consider stakeholder demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.
