About the position

Red Hat is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance its Ansible Automation Platform by collaborating with customers and internal teams. This role involves shaping product and go-to-market strategies, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of functionalities and solutions. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with various departments to drive product growth and communicate the product vision effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap and program execution by collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Define product features and measurable business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirement gathering and product backlog.
• Be responsible for driving the growth of the product, including strategy and KPIs.
• Define and use metrics/KPIs to measure product success and business impact.
• Communicate future vision and direction to key stakeholders and customers.
• Align product features with Red Hat's strategic objectives.
• Evangelize product direction to customers, engineering, and other teams.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead others without direct authority.
• Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in translating high-level customer problems into actionable solutions.
• Understanding of IT Automation business and market, with experience in an enterprise organization.
• Technical understanding of IT Automation principles, including Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
