About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Telematics is responsible for driving the Telematics experience across Auto and Commercial Products. This role requires a customer-obsessed, results-oriented, and highly technical individual who will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance and build a best-in-class Telematics experience. The position involves working closely with technology, business, product management, and design teams to execute product strategies and improve processes while fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with business, product, design, and engineering teams to lead multiple projects.
  • Synthesize information from customer, business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities and translate insights into requirements.
  • Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Write epics, features, and user stories to drive solutions aligned with business outcomes and customer experiences.
  • Leverage modern architecture and design to identify problem-solution fit.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and negotiate requirements effectively.
  • Create compelling artifacts to influence stakeholders, including vision documents, roadmaps, and progress updates.
  • Identify and measure KPIs to refine the product roadmap based on data insights.
  • Coach and mentor other Product Managers.
  • Conduct analysis to drive data-driven decisions and demonstrate a strong bias for action.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Agile product management.
  • 5+ years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and delivery.

Nice-to-haves

  • High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to deliver value iteratively focusing on minimum viable products.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
