As a Senior Product manager you will lead the strategy and development of Terraform automation and infrastructure management solutions for the IBM z/OS platform. This role involves defining product vision, gathering user requirements from z/OS system administrators, and driving the roadmap for Terraform provider integration and automation workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and modernisation of mainframe infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and development of Terraform automation and infrastructure management solutions for the IBM z/OS platform.
• Define product vision and gather user requirements from z/OS system administrators.
• Drive the roadmap for Terraform provider integration and automation workflows.
• Influence adoption efforts by connecting with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 15+ years of experience with Mainframe (preferable with system programming) or zOS.
• Product Management or Product Development experience, with responsibility for researching feature value, developing features, and managing the lifecycle of offerings, preferably on IBM Z or IBM Linux ONE.
• 5+ years of product management experience with developer tools, infrastructure automation, cloud security, or observability platforms.
• Proven track record of championing the voice of the customer.
• Strong technical understanding of Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code, and Cloud Resource Management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with search, indexing, and real-time infrastructure discovery workflows.
• Strong technical acumen with a focus on building real-time search experiences and automation-driven workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, security, and operations).
• Proven track record of defining the Roadmap Prioritisation and Delivery.
• Experience in defining the Product Strategy and Vision.
• Develop intelligent search capabilities to detect and identify unmanaged infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Build native Terraform workflows that allow users to import unmanaged infrastructure seamlessly.
• Enable real-time compliance detection.
