About the position

As a Senior Product Manager for the TikTok Risk & Response Platform, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our risk management capabilities. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of the TikTok risk management platform, encompassing risk perception, response, and disposal capabilities.
• Establish a security capability evaluation system, collaborating with business units to define security assessment methods and indicators.
• Drive the implementation of security projects in the business sector.
• Focus on data analysis and results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying and addressing system and business challenges.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration to enhance business operations and the evolution of the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the internet industry with a focus on product management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a background in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of business dynamics, skilled at identifying and addressing user pain points.
• Strong aptitude for learning and innovation, experienced in initiating and managing new business projects.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks within tight deadlines, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrates resilience under pressure, embracing challenges with determination.
• Exceptional communication skills and adept at cross-functional & cross-cultural collaborations.
