About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Upstream Patient Marketing at Boston Scientific will lead strategic initiatives for the WATCHMAN product, focusing on enhancing patient understanding and driving adoption of the therapy. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing programs that resonate with patients and promote advocacy. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days a week in Maple Grove, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing marketing programs for the WATCHMAN Patient Campaign through various channels to build brand loyalty and increase therapy adoption.
  • Identifying opportunities to drive market development and therapy acceptance, leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Creating actionable, high-impact programs and tools in partnership with creative marketing teams and agencies to empower the patient mindset.
  • Understanding market and clinical trends to evolve patient programs and messaging for increased awareness and education.
  • Promoting the WATCHMAN Direct to Patient message and advocating for patient awareness both internally and externally.
  • Establishing strong relationships with key functions impacting marketing activities, including Clinical, Medical Education, regulatory, legal, and finance.
  • Measuring the impact of marketing and field initiatives, generating early learnings, and driving continuous improvement across all initiatives.
  • Developing a roadmap for improvements and business cases for necessary changes to enhance programs and service offerings.
  • Preparing and presenting campaign results to various organizational levels in audience-specific language with a focus on action-oriented decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of successful related experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, CPG, or other consumer-centric industries
  • Demonstrated success leading in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs, and changing priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
