About the position

The Senior Product Manager for US Breyanzi Marketing at Bristol Myers Squibb is a pivotal role within the US Cell Therapy Organization. This position focuses on developing and implementing marketing programs, business plans, and product strategies to drive the Breyanzi brand's success. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of critical initiatives, contributing to the overall mission of transforming patients' lives through science.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the HCP tactical plan
• Navigate internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tactical projects in support of approved indications
• Manage agency/vendor partners in development of promotional materials and tactics
• Regularly evaluate competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics
• Engage in and interpret ongoing market research projects
• Initiate and manage multiple projects working cross-functionally with matrix stakeholders
• Contribute tactical and strategic recommendations based on key internal and external medical and clinical updates from congresses, publications, etc.
• Interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights, leading to the development of professional promotional strategy and materials
• Lead the development and rollout of training curriculum for our field teams and support in building Congress strategies

Requirements

• MBA or other Advanced Degree Strongly Preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships and build alignment
• Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Experience working with and leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals
• Strong ability to comprehend and discuss deep clinical data
• Hematology, Oncology or Cell Therapy/Gene Therapy experience strongly preferred
