About the position

The Senior Product Manager for US HCP Marketing at Bristol Myers Squibb will play a pivotal role in executing and delivering the healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy. This position involves collaborating with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to ensure the successful and timely execution of key initiatives that drive business growth. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and creative problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the HCP tactical plan
• Support delivery of key projects that support core growth drivers under the guidance of the HCP strategy leads
• Navigate internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of key tactics
• Manage agency/vendor partners in development of promotional materials and tactics
• Interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights, leading to the development of professional promotional strategy and materials
• Lead the development and rollout of training curriculum for our field teams
• Lead the strategy and tactical support for presence at key Congresses
• Lead development of key peer to peer content aligned to HCP, NPP, APP strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience with a background in marketing, and/or sales and market access
• Track record for driving brand performance through collaboration and strategic thinking
• Strong communication skills to provide expectations and strategic vision for other functions
• Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
• Ability to effectively and efficiently manage agencies/vendors to budget
• Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally
• Bachelors degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
